Customer Service Representative

We are proud to be serving Green County Since 1925. We specialize in heating, cooling, and Fireplace services, and we are looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to our team!

Position Details: Part time, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am – 4pm. Our ideal candidate will have customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, a working knowledge of Windows Office and basic computer skills, and be able to work effectively and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5-star experience.
  • Answering phones and booking service calls to our dispatch board
  • Calling existing customers and members to schedule service visits
  • Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
  • Participate in continued professional training
  • Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

Required Experience/Education:

  • Positive, empathetic and team-first attitude
  • Dispatch/call center/customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Interpersonal, communication, listening, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
  • High school diploma or higher level of education

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
